Best car purchasing experience ever! Buckle in folks, I leave comprehensive reviews! This is a review for purchase and pick-up of a Tiggo 4 from the team at Bowen Hills. I am not a stranger to buying cars and this purchase was truly an impulse buy. I had to sign paperwork for a vehicle we were selling (yes, hit this larger dealership up if you want to sell a car - they don't play games!). What stood out the most was the complete lack of BS, pressure selling and gimmicks. Everyone I dealt with was amazingly competent, matched my energy and vibe of purchasing and simply showcased the vehicle, provided necessary information and answered ALL of my questions. I wasn't lowballed on my trade-in and expectations were managed and outlined in an above the board manner. I picked it up today and couldn't be happier! I left with complete confidence and already have my first service booked in and the service team are AMAZING, they have actively encouraged me to call anytime with Qs if I need help with features. Nathan was my salesman and he was AWESOME! Jasper the business manager fielded all of my questions, provided details and had me pre-approved with one company and had others to explore in no time! (even though I did end up paying cash - he was COOL!) When Rose offers the UV protection for the windshield - say YES! Then Kelsey my delivery specialist - I had so much fun picking it up and learning the different features. It was an efficient experience and she was so accommodating about working around my schedule also - thank you! I cannot express how enjoyable this experience was and I now have a whole lot of car for the money spent. Highly recommend paying these guys a visit and getting your hands on one of their vehicles!
